App interface is poorly designed, including difficulty in selecting the pickup and drop off locations and unsolicited ad popups. Driver quality widely varies: some are good but others cancel after you wait patiently for them or fail to come to the correct location. One driver ran out of gas halfway through the ride, so I had to walk on the highway to get to my destination.

Bad experience when perform login in application, After seting phone number and click on button, the calls come on mobile for OTP after this, application screen not navigate to OTP screen , where to enter OTP, this issue occur when user using mobile hotspot , when call comes it's disconnects the internet, you can also add sms OTP verification in this application to fix this problem.
